Animals under stress do not relax for you to address the situation or stay long enough in one place and may not want you to touch them. Although, you do not touch them, REIKI will still be effective. Use it on your food. The list goes on that you can apply it to. I’ve heard it also help on a written contract that needed to be signed, the person ran REIKI on it so everything that transpired went smoothly and positive. Some snacks are provided, you can focus clearer and more relaxed when you’re not hungry. I do suggest not to eat meat, it will cause a block. This is a fun class, you’ll be surprised with what your pets have to say.
